Cancellation Policy

Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.

We may require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.

Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Collected deposits may be non refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment.

Collected deposits may be non refundable, but applied as credit to future invoices, when cancelling less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time.
